Self-catering studio apartment for groups & families.

High above the roof tops of St Ives, with uninterrupted views of sea and sky, our Studio Apartment is a self-contained and totally private, contemporary loft-style apartment, reached by its own staircase and entryphone system.

The Studio Apartment sleeps 6, but we are can accommodate additional children if two families want to share.

It has two double bedrooms, one with a sea view, and en suite (also with a sea view!) and we can offer either room as double or twin bed options. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed and a single day bed, and each bedroom can also accommodate a cot.

One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with wc and bath with shower attachment. There is a separate shower room with wc and power shower.

The kitchen, dining and seating area is one very large open-plan skylit space offering an series of uninterrupted, panoramic sea views across to Godrevy lighthouse and the Towans.. The well-equipped kitchen area includes a microwave, gas hob and fan oven and fridge/freezer.

There is a spacious dining area with seating for 6, and a large chilling area, where you can sit or sprawl on comfy sofas, with TV, DVD, video and midi system, an ideal place to sit and relax with one of our collection of surf DVDs, art books or something less challenging from our well stocked bookshelves!

If you want to bring your laptop, the Studio Apartment has wireless broadband access.

For those taking advantage of our early and late season breaks, the Studio Apartment also has central heating and ample drying space for wetsuits. It also has its own secure board storage rack.

We particularly welcome families with children, and as well as cots, can also provide highchairs and stair gates for young guests.
